AGREEMENT

I. DEFINITIONS

Agreement - the original inscription of the marketing agreement between parties.

Agreement Copy - the non-transferrable inscription that is created from the Agreement by the Client.

Parties - Client and Marketer.

Client - NOME Artist, the creator of the Agreement.

Marketer - a person with a wallet that holds Agreement Copy.

Effective Date - the date when the Client sends the Agreement Copy to the Marketer.

Signed Agreement - when the Agreement Copy is sent by the Client to the Marketer.

Art - Ordinals collections created by NOME Artist.

II. SERVICES

Marketer agrees to provide the Services enlisted below:

1. Invest the necessary resources and engage the best efforts to advertise, market, promote, demonstrate, and sell the Client's Art.

2. Develop a strategy to achieve sales goals with the use of engagement, providing brand awareness, and generating leads.

3. Expand the target audience, increase engagement, and onboard more investors.

4. Do Social Media Marketing, with the main focus on Twitter, Discord, and YouTube.

5. Do Search Engine Optimization Services (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing Services (SEM).

6. Create strategic partnerships, which lead to brand growth and sustainability.

III. PAYMENT

The Parties agree that the total cost of the Services will be 7% of sales.

More specifically, zero BTC will be paid at the signing of this Agreement, and 7% of sales will be paid at completion.

The Parties agree that the payment will be via Bitcoin SegWit address.

IV. TERM

The Parties agree that the Services must be completed within one-two weeks.

This Agreement shall be effective on the date of signing this Agreement - Effective Date.

V. RELATIONSHIP

The Parties agree that the Marketer is an independent contractor.

The Marketer shall not be considered an employee under any circumstances.

This Agreement does not create any other partnership between the Parties.

This Agreement is not based on exclusivity, the Parties are entitled to enter into other Agreements with other parties.

V. OWNERSHIP

The Parties agree that all products created by the Marketer will remain the exclusive property of the Client, as long as it is relevant to the performance of the Services set forth in this Agreement.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Marketer agrees that any intellectual property provided to him/her by the Client will remain the sole property of the Client, including (but not limited to) copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with any ideas, concepts, techniques, inventions, processes, works of authorship, Confidential Information, or trade secrets.

The Marketer will refrain from using such intellectual property upon the termination of this Agreement.

VII. TERMINATION

The Agreement will be terminated immediately if one of the Parties breaches it.

The Agreement will be terminated automatically if Marketer sends the Agreement Copy to someone else.

The party can terminate the Agreement at any given time by providing written notice to the other party.

The Agreement will automatically be terminated when Marketer completes obligations.

If the Agreement is terminated, the payment will be paid according to the executed sales.
